LETTER: Common Council, please buy back north slip lot for public

To Ozaukee Press:

Bravo, Ozaukee Press, for your editorial regarding reclaiming the north slip parking lot.  

It was sold for $250,000, and should either be purchased back or condemned. The Blues Factory plan should be mothballed and the land reclaimed for the public. 

Open spaces always win over something like the dark warehouse-type building planned for the Blues Factory.

So please, Common Council, buy the land back. Future generations will thank you.
