Hydrant flushing to start Oct. 18 in village

    The Village of Saukville Water Department will be flushing hydrants from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, through Thursday, Oct. 21.
    Water discoloration may occur during these times. The discoloration is the result of iron and is not harmful, according to a village announcement.
    Running faucets for a short time following the hydrant flushing should clear the lines.
