Food Pantry will hold meat giveaway Feb. 13

The Saukville Community Food Pantry will hold a drive-up meat distribution for Ozaukee County residents from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at the pantry in the parking lot of Parkside United Church of Christ, 166 W. Dekora St.

Meat donated by local stores — including Meijer, Target, Aldi, Walmart and Kwik Trip — will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis.

People will be given 10 packages of assorted meat — beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Recipients will not be able to select the cuts and are asked to bring their own boxes, bags or callers.

Entry will be off Dekora Street on the east side of the church, through the church parking lot to the canopy on the north side and exiting onto Dries Street.

Orange cones will be set up for motorists to follow.
