Former Port librarian earns doctorate

Annie Bahringer, former adult services librarian at the W.J. Niederkorn Library in Port Washington, has earned her doctorate in library science through Dominican University in Illinois.

Bahringer received a master’s degree in foreign language and literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2005, and a master’s degree in library science from Rutgers University in 2017. 

She works in adult services and outreach at the West Bend library.
