Harrington Beach State Park asks for supplies

Harrington Beach State Park in the Town of Belgium is seeking craft supplies to make walking sticks and animal masks. The list includes parachute cord 550 (3/16th of an inch), wooden and pony beads, leather lacing, leather boot laces, macrame cord, jingle bells, faux fur, craft feathers, mask forms, wire-edge ribbon, threaded sequins, glitter paint, Sharpie markers, string or cord, elastic cord, ribbon, cardstock and fancy papers.

Materials may be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. labeled for Phyllis. They are due Sept. 12 and will be used in a walking stick decoration program on Sept. 19.
