Grafton woman is Minnesota State grad

A Grafton woman is among the 1,936 students who graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato on Dec. 10.

Chloe Kultgen earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in English, creative writing.

She graduated magna cum laude.
