Village to hold budget hearing

The Village of Belgium will hold its annual budget hearing at 6:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Village Hall.

The projected tax rate is $5.31 per $1,000 of assessed value, meaning the owner of a $200,000 home would pay $1,062 in taxes.

The Village Board is expected to approve the budget at its meeting immediately following the hearing.
