YOUR PIX: Nice work if you can get it

How fortunate are the pollinators. They get to work amid some of nature’s most glorious floral beauty. Marigolds are still blooming in this gentle, warm autumn, and pollinators like this honey bee are staying busy, moving pollen from plant to plant. Nicole Marie Oszuscik’s photograph of the insect at work is a gorgeous reminder of the importance of pollinators in the natural world.
