Workshop in Port aims to help seniors live their best life

A Live Your Best Life workshop aimed at seniors will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, at the Port Washington Senior Center.

Participants will create a personalized plan for the years to come while sharing ideas with other seniors.

It will include ways technology can benefit seniors, housing and other situations while helping participants explore ways to build a life with purpose.

The program will be led by John Frantz of The Frantz Group and Ruth Busalacchi of Synergy Home Care.

There is a $20 fee that includes a workbook and refreshments.
