Working to make the team

Grafton’s Beau Benzschawel has played in both Detroit Lions preseason games and has improved drastically, according to the SB Nation Pride of Detroit Blog. The Detroit Sports Nation website has projected that Benzschawel, who signed with the Lions after not being drafted, will make the team. Benzschawel was an All-American guard at the University of Wisconsin and a star tight end at Grafton High School. His younger brother Luke plays tight end for the Badgers and his younger brother J.P. plays for Grafton and has verbally committed to Wisconsin.                                       Photo courtesy of the Detroit Lions
