Volunteers needed to deliver meals

Volunteers are being sought to deliver meals to the homebound in Ozaukee County.

Volunteeers are needed to deliver meals in the Port Washington/Saukville area as well as Grafton, Cedarburg and the Mequon/Thiensville area.

Meals are delivered to the homebound Mondays through Fridays. Organizers note that the meals, as well as the human contact that comes with them, helps keep receipients in their homes.

Last year, volunteers delivered 38,250 meals.
