Tossing bags for Grafton’s four-legged police unit

September 16, 2026

Grafton Police Chief Jeff Caponera (right) tossed a bag during a cornhole tournament hosted by the Grafton K9 Foundation and Grafton Police Department on Sunday, Sept. 13, at Centennial Park. The event benefitted the foundation, which was instrumental in raising money for the purchase of the department’s German shepherd Maverick and related equipment and continues to support the K-9 unit.      Photo by Sam Arendt
