Thomas W. “Tom” Jackson

Thomas W. “Tom” Jackson passed away on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was 75 years old.

Tom was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on Nov. 1, 1947 (All Saints Day), to Darrow and Mary Ann (nee Burbach) Jackson.

Tom enlisted in the U.S. Army and went on to serve two tours in Vietnam.

Tom was united in marriage to Kathleen McGlenn on Dec. 13, 1969. Together they raised two children, Christopher and Molly, and his precious dog, Henry, who preceded him in death two months prior to him.

Tom was an avid gun collector and enjoyed gunsmithing. Tom also loved traveling extensively with his wife.

Tom is survived by his wife Kathy, children Christopher and Molly and siblings Bob, Pat, Jan (Gary) and Andy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jim.

As per Tom’s wishes, there will be no funeral services held.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring neighbors that surrounded him.
