She has an online class through and works out of her home studio in Milwaukee.          Visitors are welcome to watch her sketch and paint at the center from noon to 4 p.m.  on Fridays, May 4, 11, 18 and 25, and Saturday, May 5.

Thomas will teach a class that begins Friday, May 4, as well as a 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, pen and ink and watercolor workshop.

During the workshop, which is for beginners and intermediate artists, she will demonstrate her process using rough sketches, simplified perspective and pen techniques with a watercolor wash. Participants are asked to bring an image of a favorite building or street scene, a micron pen and a sketchbook.

The fee is $40 for center members or $48 for non-members.
