Student artwork sought for Fish Day logo contest

    Area middle and high-school students are encouraged to enter the annual Fish Day logo contest sponsored by Portal Inc. and Fish Day.
    The artwork, which will be judged on originality, quality, creativity and graphics, must reflect this year’s Fish Day theme, “Fin-Tastic Fun for Everyone.”
    Computer-generated artwork is preferred.
    Prizes will be awarded for first through third places. The first-place design will be used on the T-shirt and promotional materials for the Fish Day run and walk that benefits Portal Inc., and adapted for Fish Day.
    The first-place winner will serve as a junior parade marshal for the Fish Day Parade on July 18.
    Entries are due by Monday, March 2. They may be mailed to Portal Industries, P.O. Box 65, Grafton 53024, or dropped off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at the agency, 1015 Cedar Creek Rd., Grafton.
