Senior Conference to be held on June 15

The 20th annual Ozaukee County Senior Conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, June 15, at Grafton High School.

Rob Haswell, a meteorologist with Fox 6 and two-time Emmy Award winner, will discuss “Getting Older in Wisconsin: How to Weather the Weather.”

The Senior Conference brings together vendors and resources for the senior population. Participants will take part in workshops throughout the day on such topics as “Cheese Pairing & Charcuterie Boards,” “Downsizing, Buying & Selling Online,” “Estate Planning” and more.

Registration is required by Friday, June 2. The cost is $20.

Past participants will receive registration forms mailed in early May. Forms will also be available at the Aging and Disability Resource Center in Port Washington, Ozaukee County senior dining centers, libraries and Senior Centers.
