School Board OKs next year’s calendar

The Cedar Grove-Belgium School Board this month approved next year’s school calendar but put the following year’s version on hold.

Next year’s start date is Tuesday, Sept. 2, the day after Labor Day. Winter break starts Wednesday, Dec. 24, and runs through Sunday, Jan. 4.

Spring break runs from Monday, March 30, through Easter Sunday, April 5. That aligns with all the Sheboygan County school districts, Supt. Elizabeth Freeman said.

Graduation is on Sunday, May 29. The last day of school is Friday, June 5.
