Rosado named to Port State Bank board

Manuel Rosado, president and partner of Spectrum Investment Advisors, is a new Port Washington State Bank board member.
As a director, Rosado will provide guidance and oversight of the bank’s policies, plans and operations, ensuring alignment with the institution’s values and vision, which have been upheld by the five generations of the Hill/Schowalter family over its 125-year history.
Rosado, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Taylor University and a master of business administration degree in finance from Concordia University Wisconsin, brings 25 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment management industry to the role.
At Spectrum Investments, he oversees the firm’s general operations and contributes to industry conferences as a speaker and panelist, in addition to serving on the investment committee at Spectrum.
“Manuel will bring a great deal of financial expertise and divergent thinking to our board,” Steven Schowalter, the bank’s executive chairman and CEO, said.
“As a resident of Mequon, we know he understands our communities well, something that we always look for in our board leadership.”
