Registrations taken for Port Campout
Registrations are being accepted for the Great Port Washington Campout.
The event will be held Aug. 4 and 5 in Upper Lake Park, where families can pitch a tent and enjoy a variety of camping activities.
They include making s’mores, playing yard games, star gazing with the Northern Cross Science Foundation and tie-dying.
The Greater Port Washington Kiwanis Club will have grilled burgers and hot dogs available for purchase.
In the morning, coffee and a grab-and-go breakfast will be provided.
