Ranz fundraiser set for Saturday in Port

A fundraiser will be held Saturday, June 17, at Harbor Hills Recreation Center in Port Washington for Ricky Ranz and his family.

Ranz is in end-stage renal failure, in need of a kidney transplant and on dialysis three times a week.

The fundraiser will include a nine-pin tap tournament with prizes for men and women who rank first and second. There is a $25 entry fee. To enter, email tfully1@yahoo.com.

There will be a 50/50 raffle and paddle raffles during bowling, as well as 25 bucket raffles with prizes that include a Milwaukee Brewers cribbage board, Brewers tickets with a parking pass, Spring Gardens waterpark passes, a Bettinardi BB-1F putter, a $300 disc golf package and a $300 tattoo certificate from WisconSkin Ink.

There will be live music from 3 to 7 p.m.

Doors open at 11 a.m. with bowling starting at noon.

The raffles will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Funds raised will go to offset medical expenses associated with Ranz’s treatment and the transplant.
