Port High students walk to protest gun violence

More than 200 Port Washington High School students walked out of class and into the gym to protest gun violence and urge tolerance at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, the one-month anniversary of the killing of 17 students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. The 17-minute rally was one of hundreds of similar events planned at schools throughout the country.
