Port High grad earns doctor of pharmacy

Claire Buser received her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina’s Eshelman School of Pharmacy at Chapel Hill on May 8.

Prior to graduation, she spent April in Lilongwe, Malawi, Africa, at the Kamuzu Central Hospital with UNC Project Malawi.

Starting July 1, Buser will begin a residency program at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy-Community University Health Care Center in Minneapolis.

Buser, who was raised in Saukville, is the  daughter of Neal and Caroline Buser.

She is a 2018 graduate of Port Washington High School.
