Pancake breakfast March 18 to benefit youth mission trip in summer

Divine Savior Parish is holding a pancake breakfast at Holy Cross Chapel to help fund a youth mission trip this summer.

From 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday, March 18, participants may enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes, along with mustreipen, sausage and scrambled eggs in the church basement.

A freewill offering will be accepted. Donations will help pay for transportation, food, shelter and supplies for the job site.

Twenty high-schoolers and three adults from local Catholic parishes are going to Champaign, Ill., for a mission trip this summer.

The event is sponsored by the Catholic Order of Foresters Nativity Court 1592 of Belgium.
