NOSD Theater to present ‘Working’

Northern Ozaukee School District Theater will give voice (and song) to ordinary people during its performances of the musical “Working” at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, and Saturday, Nov. 15, and 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in the district’s Fine Arts Center. Bonnie Steele is the director. “Working” is a musical based on Studs Terkel’s 1974 book of interviews that explored the hopes, dreams, joys and sorrows of American workers across diverse professions and features songs by composers and lyricists like Stephen Schwartz and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
