Music in the Park runs through Aug. 13

Grafton’s Music in the Park series is being held on five more Thursdays this summer in Veterans Memorial Park in Grafton.

The series, which kicked off July 9, runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. through Aug. 13.

Featured on July 16 will be This Side UP, a power pop band that plays modern pop, rock and country hits with a hard rock twist.

Cold Sweat & The Brew City Horns will perform on July 23. The eight-piece band will play a mix of funk, rhythm and blues, soul, dance, rock and pop, covering songs by Earth, Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, Sting and Chicago.

On July 30, Livin’ For the Weekend, a five-piece party band, will play classic rock, pop and dance tunes from the 1960s to today.

Stray Voltage will take the stage on Aug. 6. The six-piece rock cover band from Milwaukee has a playlist that spans five decades of music.

!Party Animal, a high-energy 1980s throwback party band, will perform everything from glam rock to pop rock, on Aug. 13.

The series is sponsored by the Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce, Celebrate Grafton, Village Pointe Commons and Horicon Bank.
