Michelle Marie Weiss

Michelle Marie Weiss of Port Washington passed away peacefully after a brief illness.
She was born the beloved daughter of Lawrence and LaVerne (Ansay) Weiss on April 24, 1966, and was reunited with them in Heaven on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Michelle graduated from Grafton High School and went on to work at Portal Industries and Balance Inc. and attended Prime Horizon.
Shelly will be remembered for her big hugs, her sweet nature and silly antics. She loved visits from her family, movies, Diet Coke, going out to eat, Disney World and her friends from Highland Group Home.
Shelly’s memory will be cherished by her siblings Daniel (Karen) Weiss, David (Sandy) Weiss, Larry Weiss, Lindy (Roger) Bass, Tricia (Shelly) Weiss, Peter (Brenda) Weiss, Jerry (Teri) Weiss, John (Lisa) Weiss, Debbie (Jim) Fedel, Donna (Mike) Mullen and Michael (Jane) Weiss. She is further survived by many treasured nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Cedarburg.
Shelly was laid to rest at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Port Washington.
Shelly’s family would like to express a special thank you to all her caregivers over the years, especially the staff of Highland Group Home (IGS) for their compassionate care and support.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Portal Industries, Balance Inc. and Special Olympics, Ozaukee County.
Eernisse Funeral Home of Cedarburg assisted the family with arrangements.
