Michael John Regan

Michael John Regan of Newburg, Wis., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the age of 62.  

He was born the beloved son of John “Jack” and Marilyn (Stuart) Regan on June 8, 1962, and grew up with his four siblings in Mequon, Wis.  

Mike attended Homestead High School in Mequon. 

After high school, he simultaneously raised his two sons as a single father, held a full-time job and earned a career degree.

Mike worked as a machinist at Milwaukee Wire Products, retiring after many years of dedicated service. 

He enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycles and socializing at local establishments. Mike was an avid reader, gardener and Packers fan. He enjoyed listening to his favorite radio stations while wrenching on cars or cooking.  Above all, he treasured the time spent with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his kind, generous spirit.

Mike’s memory will be cherished by his sons Clayton and Sean (Shannon), siblings Patricia, Tracy and Katherine “Kit,” honorary children Corey and Amanda and their four kids. Mike is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Timothy.

A funeral service was held on June 10, 2025, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.  

Michael was laid to rest at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Fredonia, Wis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice or a charity of your choice.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and West Bend and Wauwatosa Froedtert Hospitals for their professional care and warm support.
