Lucille Hilgart

Lucille J. Hilgart, 89, of Grafton, died at Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon on Wednesday, April 4.
Mrs. Hilgart was born in Port Washington on May 18, 1928, to John and Amanda Paulin Schwenner.
On June 15, 1968, she married James Hilgart at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grafton.
Her family said her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hilgart is survived by her husband James of Grafton; children Nancy Sewell of Belgium, Peter (Mary) Gramoll, Scott (Julie) Gramoll, James W. (Gina) Hilgart, Michael (Cathy) Hilgart and Robert (Kelly) Hilgart, all of Grafton.
She is further survived by grandchildren Daniel (Kim) Sewell, Lisa (James) Murphy, Amanda (Sal) LoCoco, Katherine (Craig) Dunfee, Matthew (Elisabeth) Gramoll, Molly Gramoll, Sara Gramoll, Alannah Hilgart, Teaghan Hilgart, Isabell Hilgart, Jacob Wandel and Ryan Wandel; 14 great-grandchildren; and sister Mary Ellen (Jerald) Biever of Port Washington.
Mrs. Hilgart was preceded in death by her first husband Walter Gramoll Jr.; siblings John Schwenner, Leroy Schwenner, Arthur Schwenner, Florence Schmit and Doris Duffy; and son-in-law Geoffrey Sewell.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 9, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton. Father Mike Barrett officiated.
Interment was in the parish cemetery.
