LETTER: Why was waiting in line to vote riskier than a line at Walmart?

To Ozaukee Press:

The spring election folly is over, and try as he might Evers was unable to halt it. He and state Democrats tried all their usual tactics, which were overturned by the courts as they usually are.  

Republicans want things to go their way also, but do not try the blatantly illegal things that Democrats do. The news media does their part also, scaring people by informing them they might die if they vote in person.

If people were concerned about their health they could have voted early or requested absentee ballots. A question: If my life was in jeopardy by standing in line to vote, why is it not while in line at Walmart or the liquor store?

It was unfortunate that some mail-in ballots did not make it to voters, but is way less suspicious than the thousands of absentee ballots that magically appeared when Evers was elected. No investigation needed there.

If Evers and fellow Democrats are so concerned about us dying, why is there no call to cancel the Democratic convention? You know, the one where there will be more than 20,000 people in the building. That must be one of those “essential” things.
