LETTER: VFW poppy drive to pay dividends

To Ozaukee Press:
    Thank you to all who contributed to our annual poppy drive and made it a huge success. The VFW is grateful to the Drews True Value, Piggly Wiggly and Walmart stores of Port Washington and Saukville for allowing us to have our drive at their stores.
    We are grateful to Portal Industries, St. John the XXIII students and all our other volunteers who helped us. Through their wonderful community effort, we will be able to help the veterans at our local nursing homes and will be able to send two veterans on an Honor Flight.
