LETTER: By Trump defenders’ evidence standard, no one can be guilty

To Ozaukee Press:

As we watch the Republican defense of Donald Trump fester in Washington, I cannot wait to see if the new standards of evidence filters back down to Ozaukee County. What is evidence? What is fact?  I guess it’s nothing anymore.

Jury duty will be an exciting adventure as we empty the prisons because folks just are not guilty of anything anymore. Trials should be much shorter. If on the jury, do we still get lunch?
