LETTER: Town of Holland solar project offers hope for stressed planet
To Ozaukee Press:
I am greatly encouraged that a large solar farm is being considered for development in the Town of Holland; producing energy without burning fossil fuels is one of the few chances for survival our planet has left. I do think the Hollard Town Board has a responsibility to keep residents informed and listen to their concerns.
Our very good friends live next to a 40-acre solar farm—no noise, no smell, no groundwater pollution, and it has been screened with plantings.
Help save what’s left of our planet—support solar energy.
