LETTER: Lions’ donation will help keep Lake Church parish legacy alive

The Bells of St. Mary’s would like to thank the Belgium Lions Club for their donation towards the construction of the Bell Memorial in the St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lake Church. Their donation will help us in our mission to preserve and celebrate the legacy of Saint Mary’s Parish of Lake Church.

The construction of the Bell Memorial will begin in the spring, with the dedication slated for Aug. 13, 2022.

It was a great honor and privilege to be invited to a meeting of a well established civic organization, such as the Belgium Lions Club. Part of their mission is to improve health and well-being, strengthen communities and support those in need.
