LETTER: Fighting Covid isn’t about you or me, it’s about community

To Ozaukee Press:
People who think Covid-19 is the same as the flu and believe it’s “my body, my choice” when it comes to vaccination have not figured out yet how the population of America has lasted this long. People have to work together to keep one another as safe as can be. If the letter writer gets Covid-19, it is threatening to our families and our community.
When everyone’s children go to school for the first time, they have to have polio, chicken pox and other vaccinations to be admitted. Where is “my body, my choice” then? By the way, has anyone seen a rash of polio or chicken pox cases lately? Where would we be today if Americans had not worked together to control those diseases?
