Leonard P. Quint

Port Washington resident Leonard P. Quint, 85, died on Monday, June 4, at Sharon S. Richardson Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.  

His daughter JoEllen Paetzke said he enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers, and seeing his grandchildren play sports.

She also said he was an avid artist who liked to draw.

“Prior to the hospice he was a resident at Belgium Gardens Assisted Living where his drawings are on display,” she said.  

Mr. Quint was born in Milwaukee on Dec. 28, 1932, to Leonard Sr. and Adeline Karlin Quint. He was the youngest of 10 children.

Mr. Quint retired from Quarels & Brady law firm in Milwaukee after approximately 10 years as a records clerk. He previously worked in sales.

Mr. Quint is survived by his wife of 54 years Sandra L. Quint of Port Washington; children JoEllen (Kurt) Paetzke of Fredonia, Denise (Dean) Holzberger of Belgium and Kevin (Heather) of Belgium.

He is further survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Quint was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

A celebration of life with military honors will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at the Rose-Harms American Legion Post 355 in Grafton.

The family asks for everyone to wear their favorite sports apparel in honor of Mr. Quint during his celebration of life.
