KUDOS: In village that values veterans, school held a moving tribute

To Ozaukee Press:

Thank you, Divine Savior Catholic School, for your moving tribute to veterans. Everything was perfect, from organization of the event to the students’ enthusiastic singing of “God Bless America” and prayers.

In past years the school had a fine tradition of honoring veterans with a program and breakfast. Due to Covid protocols in 2020, the school arranged a car parade beginning in Waubedonia Park and passing waving students from all of the schools in the village. Local businesses also displayed their gratitude with signs, music and flags waving. 

This has turned into a memorable community event. Well done, Fredonia!
