KUDOS: An anonymous donor, a Scout’s gratitude

Dear anonymous donor, thank you for your generous donation to my account at Neuens Lumber in support of my Eagle Scout project—building benches and a shelter for Pepi’s Playground in Belgium.

As Boy Scouts, we learn the Boy Scout Motto—“Do a good turn daily”—and work to fulfill that motto every day. I do not want your good deed to go unrecognized, but I don’t know who you are and am unable to personally thank you. So, I am thanking you in this newspaper.

Your donation goes beyond a financial gift because your actions demonstrate the attributes of a Boy Scout— helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. For this, I am full of gratitude.
