Julie Nuernberg

Julie Ann Nuernberg of Saukville passed away at her home with her family at her side on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was 60 years old.

Julie was born on Aug. 9, 1961, in Elkhorn to James and June (DeBauche) Conrad.

She married Brian Nuernberg on Oct. 16, 1992, in West Allis.

Julie worked for more than 35 years in the financial services industry, most recently at Wells Fargo.

Julie loved spending time quilting, being at the lake, scrapbooking, cardmaking and spending time with her family and friends. Her greatest passion was spending time with her daughter Emily and grand-puppy CiCi.

She also enjoyed organizing and going on trips and vacations with her sisters, husband and daughter.

Those left to cherish Julie’s memory are her devoted husband Brian; her daughter Emily (Jorden) Fread of Sheboygan; son Brian Nuernberg of North Carolina; grandchildren Sally and Alice; father James Conrad; siblings Toni (Dick) Plote, Larry (Vicki) Conrad, Cindy Cox and Tim Conrad; brothers-in-law Robert (Susan) Nuernberg and Jimmy (Mikayla) Nuernberg; sisters-in-law Gail Gill and Tammy Schloemer; and close friend Vera (Brent) Matic-Maeder.  She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother June Conrad, mother and father-in-law Robert and Elaine Nuernberg and brothers-in-law Jim Cox, Doug Gill and Jeff Schloemer.

A memorial service for Julie will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, WI 53074. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 4 to 6 p.m.
