Jeffrey Newlin

Jeffrey R. Newlin, 54 of Port Washington, Wis., passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at the Sharon Richard Community Hospice Center in Sheboygan Falls, Wis., following a courageous seven-year battle with cancer.  

Jeff was born on July 7, 1965, in Port Washington, Wis., to James and Regina (Schmidt) Newlin.  

Jeff worked as a quality control technician at various places until his illness.  

He enjoyed long distance bike rides, music, movies, photography and reading. Jeff loved spending time with his cat, Birdie.

 He was a member of the Urban Ecology Center in Milwaukee, Wis., and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Port Washington.

His survivors include his mother Regina of Port Washington, Wis., and brother Scott of Racine, Wis., along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.  

Jeff was preceded in death by his father James Newlin.

 Private family services will be held at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson, Mich., with the Rev. Bob Donaldson officiating.  

Burial will be in Mellen Township Cemetery.
