Jeffrey Jack Trice

In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Jack Trice, April 16, 1959 - June 21, 2025.
With heavy hearts and profound sadness, the family of Jeffrey “Jeff” Jack Trice, 66, announces his unexpected passing on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
Jeff was born on April 16, 1959, in Tomahawk, Wis., the beloved son of Jack and Ruth (nee Rinehart) Trice.
On Aug. 14, 1982, he married the love of his life, Beverly Wolff. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised two sons, Robert and Shawn.
A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Jeff lived his life with integrity, kindness and a deep love for his family. He led by example, showing the value of hard work, the joy of simple pleasures and the importance of always putting family first. Whether it was teaching his children how to hunt, sharing stories around the campfire or enjoying a quiet afternoon outdoors, Jeff instilled in those around him an appreciation for nature and living life to the fullest.
Jeff had a heart of gold when it came to his grandchildren. Wyatt and Emitt were his pride and joy, and he found endless happiness in caring for them and watching them grow.
Professionally, Jeff was a skilled and dedicated welder for 35 years. He shared many years working at Simplicity followed by Custom Equipment. He was known for his unmatched work ethic, dependability and the pride he took in a job well done.
Beyond his career, Jeff was a passionate outdoorsman and a proud member — and president — of the Saukville Gun Club, a place that felt like a second home. His leadership and commitment there will leave a lasting legacy, and he will be remembered for his countless contributions to the club and the community it serves.
Jeff’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his beloved wife Beverly, his sons Robert (Crystal) and Shawn (Erin), his cherished grandchildren Wyatt and Emitt, and stepgrandchildren Layla and Oliver. He is further survived by his siblings Mark (Mary), Phillip, Tom, Judy, Donald (Nikki), Daniel, Joyce, Charlie, Patty and Johnny (Lisa).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Ruth Trice.
A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on Sept. 13 at the Saukville Gun Club, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory, share stories and celebrate a life well lived.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Saukville Gun Club — a place Jeff held dear and where his spirit will live on for generations to come.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the Newburg Fire Department and emergency & ICU teams at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton for their compassionate care and support.
Eernisse Funeral Home of Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
