Jeffrey A. DuLong

    Mr. Jeffrey DuLong passed away at his home in Saukville on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020, at the age of 69.  
    He was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., to Luis D. DuLong and Margaret Cyr Dulong on Aug. 11, 1951.
    The family moved to Wisconsin when Jeff was in school and he graduated from Menomonee Falls High School, Class of 1969, before continuing his education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
    Jeff moved to the Saukville area in 1987, shortly after beginning a job at AMT in Grafton. He currently was employed at Trimen Industries in Belgium, where he had worked as a quality engineer.
    On April 1, 2005, he was united in marriage with Barbara Kirsch. The family blended their families together and parented 10 children.
    Mr. DuLong was a big sports fan and loved cheering on the Packers and Brewers as well as watching NASCAR.  
    He could often be found with a wrench in his hand, working on cars and frequently fixing a car problem for one of the kids.  
    Jeff loved grilling out with his family and socializing around town. In his younger days he enjoyed golf.
    Survivors include his wife Barbara of Saukville; children Angela Scholten of Oak Creek, Jeffrey (Lori) DuLong Jr. of Hartford, Justin DuLong of West Bend and Lisa DuLong and Lindsay (fiancé James Magee) DuLong, both of Saukville; stepchildren Marie Templeman of Germantown, Chad Templeman of Oshkosh, Melissa Templeman of Saukville, and Lindsay and Samantha Stromme, both of St. Louis, Mo.  
    He is further survived by nine grandchildren, Megan, Austin, Brooklynn, Lillianna, Hailey, Alexis, Paige, Isabella and Tysen; brother Jon (Dorothy) DuLong of Florida; sister Jan (Steve) Jahnke of Houston, Texas; sister-in-law Cindy DuLong of Onalaska; nieces; nephews; other family members and many friends.  
    He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jerry DuLong.
    The family received visitors at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, on Saturday, Aug. 15,  from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Deacon Thomas Surges presided over the service.
