Humane hugs for all

The Wisconsin Humane Society in Saukville has been a busy place recently. (Top photo) Andrea Swanson, youth programs coordinator, held a cat while surrounded by school children from Grafton, Cedar Grove, Cedarburg and Thiensville during the facility’s recent Kids Night Out. (Bottom photo) Three roosters were recently found wandering the streets in Mequon. When the owner couldn’t be located, police brought the fowl to the Humane Society.
