Harborview hotel makes it official

After months of renovations, the Harborview hotel in downtown Port Washington celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 12. The $3 million renovation included updating the hotel’s lower-level pool (top left photo), creating a new restaurant and bar on the main floor and improving the facade with a painted logo. At right, taking part in the ceremony were (from left) City Administrator Mark Grams, Tourism Council Executive Director Kathy Tank, hotel owners Eric and Yael Lund, Casey Koenig of Oregon State Bank and Mayor Marty Becker.
