Georgene P. Wulff

 

Port Washington native Georgene P. Wulff of Adell died Thursday, March 29. She was 72.

Mrs. Wulff was born on June 17, 1945, to George and Mildred Reiter Ballbach and attended Port Washington High School.

On Sept. 21, 1962, she married Dale Wulff Sr. at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Saukville.

Over a span of 30 years, Mrs. Wulff worked for several employers. She retired from Great Lakes Cheese in Plymouth.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Random Lake for more than 45 years and enjoyed quilting, cooking, gardening and working in the yard.

Mrs. Wulff was quick with a smile and, particularly after retiring, dedicated herself to her family, relatives said.

She is survived by her husband Dale Wulff Sr. of Adell; three sons, Dale (Sandra) Jr. of Adell, Travis (Sheila) of Waldo and Christopher (Laura) of Florida; a daughter, Georgette (Todd Triebensee) of Cascade; 10 grandchildren, Ashley (Ryan) Perez, Aaron (Jessica) Wulff, Elizabeth (Ben Kreis) Wulff, David Radloff, Danielle Radloff, Travis Radloff, Alyssa (John) Renzelmann, Kiara Wulff, Selah Wulff and Nevaeh Wulff; six great-grandchildren; and siblings William Ballbach, Michael Ballbach, Gene Ballbach, Louise Scherf, Lenora Ebert, Ann Murawski and Sherri Ballbach.

Mrs. Wulff was preceded in death by her parents George and Mildred Ballbach; daughter Jennifer Wulff and brother John Ballbach.

A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Random Lake at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, with the Rev. Marilyn Borchardt officiating.

Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from noon until the service.

A memorial fund is being established in Mrs. Wulff’s name.

Wenig Funeral Home of Oostburg is handling the arrangements.
