Fire Department celebrates expansion



The Fredonia Fire Department held a dedication ceremony on Saturday, June 2, to show off its new and improved $2.3 million firehouse expansion. With an ax in hand, Chief Brian Weyker, who was flanked by (from left) Second Assistant Chief John Schommer, First Assistant Chief Chris Kunstmann and Division Chief of EMS Kyle Steffen, prepared to cut the cake.
