The Board of Canvassers certified April 5 election results in a tight race for Village Board.

Sarah Heisler received 276 votes, Dale Pfeifer received 264, Don Gotcher received 197 and Victor Lecato received 195. A total of 940 votes were cast. Turnout was about 30%.

The top three vote-getters earned a trustee seat.

Lecato has not contacted the village about a recount, Village Clerk Julie Lesar said.

Terms are for two years.
