Eghart House to hold its annual meeting May 6

The annual meeting of the Judge Eghart House supporters will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, May 6, at the Port Washington Police Station.

A short business meeting will be followed by a Victorian cooking demonstration led by members of the Wade House who will discuss the techniques and unique measurements of the time.

Some of the recipes demonstrated will be from the Eghart House’s “Girl Bachelors Cookbook 1899.”
