Dunk tank proceeds provide new Sparky costume

The Cedar Grove Belgium Parent Teacher Student Organization held a dunk tank at a Splash Pad Sunday in Belgium in July with a portion of the proceeds going to the Belgium Fire Department. With that money, the department bought a Sparky the Fire Dog costume.
