Dolores was born June 16, 1927, to John and Pauline Westphal in Cedarburg.

She married Fredrick Buschena on Nov. 13, 1948, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Cedarburg.

Dolores was a stay at home mom until her girls were old enough to be on their own. She then worked at Sprague Electric in Grafton.

She enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing, as well as spending time with family, especially the grandkids. It was a special day when she knew of their coming; she would always make donuts. The grandkids were the apples of her eye. She traveled extensively, visiting Hawaii, Las Vegas, Alaska and cruising the Caribbean. She also loved to play cards.

Dolores is survived by two daughters,  Beverly (Thomas) Van Treeck of Fredonia and Jean (Joseph) Medinger of Sheboygan; grandchildren Tony (Mindy) Van Treeck, David Van Treeck, Heidi (Scott) Haag, Joey (Stephanie) Nedinger and Mark (Meggie) Medinger; and great-grandchildren Beth, Ben, Jill, Rebecca, Isabella, Aydan, Sawyer, Dawson, Atticus and Owen.

She is further survived by her brother Leonard Westphal of California, other relatives and friends.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband Fredrick, granddaughter Robin Van Treeck, grandson Bryan Van Treeck, brothers and sisters.
