Club gift benefits GHS automotive technology program

The Rods-N-Relics Car Club continued its long tradition of supporting local automotive technology programs by donating tools and equipment valued at $2,000 to Grafton High School this fall. Shown with the hardware are (from left) club members Cheryl Higgins, Jeff Higgins, Gregg Goetz, Mark Schueller and Peter Raymond, instructor Carl Hader and club members John Oates, Rudi Kloppmann, Don Everix, Jeff Wille and Glenn Wille. Hader, who is in his 40th year at the school, oversees a program that offers four levels of auto technology courses. In turn, Grafton students have received advanced placement with technical colleges, youth apprenticeships, Automotive Service Excellence certifications and a chance to participate in automotive contests.
